  • The book is written in a simple and straight forward manner, no technical or medical words. It provided an easy breakdown of what the plan is and provides recipes that use foods that you would generally consume. I really liked that each recipe provided a picture of what it looks like, the visuals greatly enhanced the content. Another positive thing is that the number of recipes was just right, I personally dislike plans that provide too many recipes , it becomes overwhelming and discourages me from trying it out. I would recommend this book, it offers sound advice and the recipes are appetizing and easy to follow.

    The book is written in a simple and straight forward manner, no technical or medical words. It provided an easy breakdown of what the plan is and provides recipes that use foods that you would generally consume. I really liked that each recipe provided a picture of what it looks like, the visuals greatly enhanced the content. Another positive thing is that the number of recipes was just right, I personally dislike plans that provide too many recipes , it becomes overwhelming and discourages me from trying it out. I would recommend this book, it offers sound advice and the recipes are appetizing and easy to follow.
